- Deportation and removal defense. If you have been charged by the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Customs Enforcement, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services or Customs and Border Protection with a deportable or removable offense, DO NOT HIDE. - Immigration appeals and litigation. I fight hard and tough for my clients in immigration appeals and have had a lot of success in appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the federal courts.
