The primary focus of my law practice, Philip Eichorn Co., LPA is on immigration law. I offer highly knowledgeable and skilled representation to individuals, families and petitioning companies in all areas of U.S. immigration law.  My main office is in Cleveland with other offices throughout Ohio (Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo), Charlotte, NC and Las Vegas, NV.

I also offer experienced and aggressive representation to people facing criminal charges. I have thorough understanding of the state and federal legal systems, having worked as an assistant county prosecutor before going into private practice.

My law practice encompasses the following areas:

  • Deportation and removal defense. If you have been charged by the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Customs Enforcement, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services or Customs and Border Protection with a deportable or removable offense, DO NOT HIDE. Contact me immediately. You have rights, and I know how to defend them.
  • Naturalization. Innocent people often run into trouble because they do not understand whether or not they are eligible what to file with their applications and what to expect throughout the process.
  • Family visas. There are many nuances in the family-based visa process; whether for your spouse or your sibling, I can help you to get through the process successfully.
  • Immigration appeals and litigation. I fight hard and tough for my clients in immigration appeals and have had a lot of success in appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the federal courts.
  • Employment visas. I handle both immigrant and nonimmigrant employment visas and can assist a wide range of companies and individuals including but not limited to doctors, surgeons, computer programmers, system analysts, other knowledge workers, marketing professionals, restaurant personnel and landscaping workers.
  • H1 B visas. If you want to apply for or renew this specialty occupation visa, it is critical that you contact an experienced immigration attorney immediately.
  • Asylum. If you have recently come to the United States seeking refuge from persecution, it is critical to know that you have a one-year deadline within which to file for asylum.
  • Criminal defense. Whether the charges involve a misdemeanor or a felony offense, I can assess the merits of a case and know how to provide an aggressive defense.
  • Federal criminal defense. My experience includes cases ranging from drug trafficking to illegal reentry.
  • DUI/DWI. All drunk driving charges are serious, and I know how to protect your rights if you have been charged with DUI/DWI.
